Our Provision

We offer free 15-hour places to all our families. For working families, we can accommodate free 30-hour places.  

We have 2 rooms, Snowdrops and Bluebells. 

Our 2 year olds access an stage appropriate provision known as ‘Snowdrops.’  They have access to an engaging outdoor area that they share with our 3 / 4 year olds. 

Our 3 and 4 year olds access a stage appropriate provision know as ‘Bluebells.’ They also share an outdoor provision with our 2 year olds. 

An effective team of nursery staff works together with warmth, trust, and clear communication to create a safe and happy environment for children. Each team member understands their role but is always ready to support others, sharing ideas and responsibilities. They respect one another’s strengths and experience, learning together to improve their practice. By working closely, they provide consistent care and routines that help children feel secure and confident. The team builds positive relationships with children and families, listens carefully, and celebrates every child’s achievements, helping each one grow, learn, and thrive. 

Our Nursery team is part of a larger Early Years team based including our Reception team.  We work closely to ensure that transition through Nursery and into Reception is positive, supportive and well planned.  

Familiar routines, staff, and resources are used to create a sense of continuity, while a gradual approach allows children time to settle at their own pace. Strong communication between nursery staff, Reception teachers, and families ensures each child’s individual needs are understood. This nurturing and well-organised transition supports children’s emotional wellbeing and promotes a positive start to their learning journey.
